If you are selling food at the market, it is recommended that you be familiar with the Guideline for the Sale of Foods at Temporary Food Markets, from the BC Centre for Disease Control. The Guideline lists Lower Risk foods which do not need a permit, and explains requirements and approval process for Higher Risk foods, including foods prepared on site,
